Cancellation Policy I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This helps me offer that appointment time to another client and keeps my schedule running smoothly. * Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 30% cancellation fee. * No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * Clients who no-show without communication will be required to prepay in full before booking future appointments. * Please plan to arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled so I can stay on schedule for all of my clients. Thank you and look forward to seeing you at your appointment! Nail Health Policy: Your nail health is my top priority. If signs of a fungal infection or other contagious nail condition are present, I will be unable to perform/continue the service. This helps to prevent the condition from worsening or spreading and to protect the health and safety of all clients. I recommend seeking treatment from a healthcare provider. Once the condition has been properly evaluated and/or treated by a doctor who signs a written medical clearance stating the condition is safe and non-contagious, I’d love to see you back in the salon.
