Cancellation Policy I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This helps me offer that appointment time to another client and keeps my schedule running smoothly. * Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 30% cancellation fee. * No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * Clients who no-show without communication will be required to prepay in full before booking future appointments. * Please plan to arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled so I can stay on schedule for all of my clients.
